Siesta

This piece is another concept illustration created for my original story SeaStride. This scene is more character-oriented and focuses on a calmer setting, using an overhead perspective allowing the environment to frame the character.

I created this piece to explore how stillness and setting can contribute to storytelling just as much as action.
