Jayella Family Tree

This custom illustration was created as a commissioned family tree. The client requested a tree representing twelve primary family members, with additional branches extending to reflect their descendants.

One of the main challenges was finding a way to design a complex tree without losing its clarity, as each branch needed to represent different family members while remaining visually cohesive. I developed a system using gold lettering for the twelve primary names, golden doves next to names of those who have passed, and apples to represent spouses.
